Anne Borozan

Board member of Women @ Microsoft

Anne Borozan holds a master’s degree in psychology and has worked in tech since 2006. Anne manages sustainability reporting for the Microsoft Devices organization, and she also has a keen interest in organizational change, particularly around women’s issues in the tech industry setting. She’s a member of the Women@Microsoft employee resource group board, the Connected Women’s Group board, and the Microsoft Devices Diversity & Inclusion Council. She is working on a variety of grass-roots level initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, and sustainability. Anne has developed and facilitated effective mission and vision exercises for several groups, including two women’s boards at Microsoft.
