Amita is currently leading the Monetization Strategies and Product Management at Flipboard. Prior to this Amita led the Ad Products group at Media where she introduced scalable Video, Mobile, Native and Rich Media Advertising products for large and premium brands.

Her startup ObjectiveMarketer offered pioneering technology for campaign management in social marketing – later, acquired by Emailvision in Dec 2010, and called Campaign Commander Social Edition, the product continues to help online marketers leverage the revenue generating potential of social media.

Amita has authored “Social CRM for Dummies” – through various speaking engagements & thought leadership, Amita continues to evangelize the best practices in the adoption of Social Media as a mainstream business channel.
